The Leader's Blueprint

To reach your campus for Christ you need the right resources. You need to have a framework for how to lead and what to do. In this section, we have included everything to equip you to be an effective leader on your school campus

Challenge

The mission of FCA is "To lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church". This mission is your challenge as the student leader or staff sponsor of your school.  Your responsibility is to think strategically about how you will provide opportunities for coaches and athletes to hear the Good News that Jesus came to save them from their sins. This may come in the form of school-wide huddles and a guest speaker or an invitation for a bible study or simply sharing your testimony with them. Whatever you choose, your FCA staff representative will be there to help you and walk alongside you. If you have not met your FCA Representative, be sure you check out "Our Team" page and email your staff member to set up a meeting.
