Huddle Planning

How to lead a huddle on your campus

What Does A Huddle Include?

Information Sheet Planning Sheet
Planning for a multi-sport (school-wide) huddle can be done with 4 different focuses. We believe it is important to not do the same thing week after week but to switch things up to keep your huddles fresh and focused.

1. Share the gospel at your huddle. This is simply finding a meeting place and extending a school-wide invite through posters, announcements, fliers, etc. The huddle will consist of a gospel presentation by a guest speaker, student athlete, coach, I am second video, Youtube video, etc.

2. Seek those who are eager to grow in their faith. If you have a friend or two who are asking questions and would be interested in studying the Bible, use your FCA huddle to teach them how to study God's Word. (See "Leading a Bible Study" for more material).

3. Lead- Reach out to those who are not familiar with FCA. This could be spending your time instead of meeting as a group to coordinate a meal for a team, write notes of encouragement to athletes, Gatorade giveaway with FCA tract, attend a game together, host breakfast for coaches and tell them about FCA.

4. Love- Fellowship together. Anything that FCA Leaders want to do together. This could be supplemental to your FCA huddle. Planning a movie night, bowling outing, prayer meeting, etc. Do something together with leaders to build camaraderie.
